The 3rd race weekend of the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Europe and Asia took place at the same time. The weekend was a success for team and drivers on both continents.
Leipert Motorsport started with Huracán #2 Jan Kisiel/Morgan Haber and #26 Niels Lagrange/Pieter Vanneste in the European Series at Paul Ricard Circuit and with #2 Ben Gersekowski/Rory Collingbourne and #33 Mikko Eskelinen/Maxx Ebenal in the Asian Series at Suzuka Circuit.
Last weekend Leipert Motorsport started to Chang International Circuit in Buriram (Thailand) to battle in the 2nd round of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Asia Series. The PRO-category car No #2 was driven by Ben Gersekowski / Rory Collingbourne and the Pro-AM car #33 went again on track with Mikko Eskelinen / Maxx Ebenal.
The Super Trofeo series is dedicated to creating the most thrilling race weekends for competitors around the globe. Thailand’s Buriram International Circuit is a perfect example, having been awarded top grades by the FIA, fitting with the beautiful backdrop of Thailand.
Last weekend Leipert Motorsport started the second race event of the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Europe at Silverstone with a strong grid of 32 cars.
The drivers Niels Lagrange and Pieter Vanneste (Pro-Am class) shared the cockpit of Lamborghini Huracán # 26, Jan Kisiel and Seb Morris (PRO-Class) shared the Lamborghini Huracán # 2.
Seb Morris, a young GT3 driver from UK, stepped in for regular driver Morgan Haber who suffered an infect that prevented him from joining the race.
The Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Europe started last weekend, 21th-23th April 2017 at the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza in Italy. It’s another exciting motorsport year with the fastest one-make series in the world and a starting grid of 35 cars. Leipert Motorsport entered two Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo.
